Good location close to everything, but needs to upgrade rooms, clean .and need to keep prices how they advertised, they charge more when they ask you how many persons

Great service, rooms are nice and comfy, there are no exhaust fans in the washrooms, some rooms doesn't have separate air-conditioning in it only central air-conditioning, swimming pool is a joke, its for the kids probably, theres a Jacuzzi here too, bit when i was here it wasn't working Overall a good experience

Very basic and lacking in some details (no complimentary coffee, only one electrical outlet in room,etc. ) but good location across the street from the Malecón and the Gran Café de la Parroquia

Looks better on the outside, the rooms are nothing special, small and not very clean. The pool is small and smaller parking lot, once you park your car it stays there until you leave.

I don't like the water is more very cold that warm. The shower bath are very old and very dirty. The pictures are false.
I think is better pay for $2500 pesos for other hotel that $1700
