  The natural beauty is wonderful, restaurant service and food is very lacking. There is a 100 peso minimum charge on credit cards, which I was informed of once I had already ordered a plate of guacamole

  Was a really nice meal for very low price. Sit right on the waters edge after a dip or dive. Amazing. Worth the journey for sure.

  To get to the cenote you have to pass through the restaurant. The view is great and it is nice to have some drinks or a bite after swimming in the cenote but there was loud music so it unfortunately wasn‘t very comfortable. The place is ok if you are there for the cenote but it the location is the only reason to go there

  very nice restaurant wit hlots of space and good drinks. We didn't have any food here but the drinks service was quick and easy. Make sure you brink swimsuits because you can access the cenote right from the terrace.

  I usually don't give bad reviews even when I get bad service but this time there was very unfair treatment from the people working at this place. The center in itself is not great because its very deep and hard to see inside the cenote, although you can enjoy a nice sweem. You can rent snorkels to help you see a little better and life bests but this is where my problem came. They lack equipment and they charge you to get equipment, but the worst thing is that everything is in very bad shape, my visor broke and the guy from the rental place blamed it on me and he didn't wanted to return my money or exchange it for another. I told the person from the front desk and she pretty much said nothing, with a complete lack of understanding that it was unfair to be treated like this and it wasn't so much about the money but is a plain abuse of customers. I came here to enjoy the place but only found unfair treatment and a terribly bad experience.

  Excellent restaurant, very good and fresh dishes. I had the butter fish and my friend took a ceviche. Both were very tasty and perfectly cooked. Perfect location with a nice view on the cenote Azul. I would definitely recommend. The service is also very good. The waiter Germain was extremely friendly and helped us on our trip. Thank you!!!

  While this place may not have the best food or prices, the cenote is a must-see. You'll love the view and definitely want to go for a swim.

  Its ok at best, nothing amazing and a little bit expensive for mexico standards. Recommend just grabbing a snack and drink and enjoying the cenote. Eat in town

  my fish was burnt beyond crispy, it was dry and dark brown, complained and still had to pay after i was given a sorry discount. (ill post pictures of my fish after i upload them.)

  10 pesos for entering and a whole cenote to discover. It is really deep and really blue. Long walk from pueblo center.
