Esta bien el lugar cómodo y es un fraccionamiento privado, hay tiendas cercanas y puedes comprar comida para llevar a tu departamento o casa. Solo los vecinos son ruidosos por eso no le doy 5 estrellas.

Bonito si, cómodo no; el departamento que me dieron estaba en una esquina lo que hizo que el dormitorio fuera muy estrecho, era toda una osadÃa pasar de un lado al otro de la cama (muchos muebles que resultaron inútiles). Como amenidades tuve un solo jabón de tocador, poco jabón para trastes y un shampoo (nada de la botella de agua, que se ve en otros comentarios) y es el 1er hotel, departamento, estancia que tiene cafetera pero no ofrecen ni una sola bolsa de café para probarla, menos azúcar olvidate de que tenga restaurante; cuenta con un refrigerador tamaño normal totalmente vacÃo. Deficiente sistema de agua caliente; mientras en otros departamentos tenÃan en la azotea instalado un calentador solar, el mÃo tenÃa un boiler que no funcionaba bien y casi no calentaba el agua A pesar de que hay lugares cercanos, un sábado a las 11 de la noche en vacaciones, no encontré ni una tienda cerca o un puesto de comida; tuve que caminar poco más de 30 minutos para conseguir algo. Sobra decir que en Pachuca no hay casi puestos callejeros y que cierran muy temprano. En relación al precio, fue $750 por estar de las 11 de la noche del sábado hasta las 9:30 de la mañana del domingo, pagar por la inutilidad de electrodomésticos, pocas amenidades, bañarme con agua más frÃa que tibia y pasar hambre si no encuentras nada cerca Si vas a viajar solo, sin coche, sin conocer los inconvenientes de la ciudad, hospedarte tarde (trabajo, prisas u otros) sin la posibilidad de haber comprado algo, en vacaciones y en éste lugar; al final tendrás un gran arrepentimiento por haber pagado tanto y tener tan poco.

Service is quick and to the point. They are very friendly and welcoming to Americans. Compared to the price you would pay for the same thing in America, you get three times as much. You are basically renting an apartment. Fully furnished with a full kitchen and very large soft beds. The location isn't the most ideal but it is isolated with a very large wall surrounding the community and surprisingly you cannot hear any noise outside of those walls. The only thing I would ever ask to change would be to supply a way to put the TVs in English but that's not a big deal. Every floor has its own WiFi router. It is very clean and sanitary. This was my second visit and it will not be my last.

Beautiful place and private community! The entire place was clean from the entrance to the bathroom. Service is fast and Very accommodating. The people treat you like family and care about your experience. It is very quiet and safe. I will return here for all travel needs. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and have patience if you are not very fluent. The price is simply unbeatable. Most hotels are a single room and bathroom but this place is like an apartment

El servicio es muy bueno y super práctico, las habitaciones están completamente equipadas como mini-departamentos, contando con la sala, la cocina y el comedor completamente equipados. Además cuentas con un pequeño patio de servicio; todo esto a un precio razonable.
