High price for a dirty room.

We picked this hotel because of its high rating of 4.2. As soon as we entered the room we noticed a moth flying in the room. The bed and the pillows had a few strand of hairs - made us wonder if the sheets get washed with every new guest. We had a long day of travel and were looking forward to a warm shower. There was no hot water and the the shower head had extremely low flow. I had to shower using the bathroom sink with a cup and cold water. Later, I asked the front desk about the temperature of the water, we were told that he was going to check it or that the tubing might be clogged. We never got hot water. When we were leaving the hotel, I told the front desk that we never got hot water. He did not even acknowledge my complaint. They know that there is no hot water and do not disclose this information. For the price of their rooms, we expected a much better say than we did. Lesson learned, if you are in Mexico and booking a hotel room, always ask if they have running hot water. Who wants to take a cold shower?

Está bien, la relación costo-beneficio es la justa; el costo por el las habitaciones es justo, obtienes lo que pagas, su ubicación es excelente.

El lugar está limpio y el personal es atento. A unas cuantas calles del centro y del mercado donde salen las combis hacia los atractivos locales. Lo único que podrÃan mejorar son las camas que son algo duras.
