Description
Pochos restaurant was founded in 2003 in Cabo San Lucas by owner and operator of Pochos Charters, Carlos Vasquez. Carlos and his management team operated the restaurant until 2006 when it was decided to the lease the restaurant under the Pochos name to an outside management firm. In January of 2011 Carlos and his manager Gustavo decided it beneficial not to renew the lease and to again assume management themselves.
