Plaza Azcapotzalco has never been a true mall. Apart from Sanborns and Cinema this has never been a true option. Now it has some low budget stores and its office side has been improving. However administration has tried to improve the facility's aspect but parking lot is terribly expensive. For me is an emergency place. Nothing else.

When I forget to bring needed items, I buy them in the supermarket on the top floor of the Plaza. It is a large and busy supermarket. In addition to groceries you can purchase medicine, appliances, liquor, and Mexican and US cosmetics and personal care items. Mexican personal care items are reasonable. I have also shopped for food there. I think fruits and vegetables and US cosmetics are priced the same as in the US.
