Playa Bonita Condo 302 is located right on the famed Los Muertos beach, next to the "Blue Chair Resort". Playa Bonita 302 was just renovated and decorated. Accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 en-suite bedrooms with king size bed, superb ocean view from the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, patio off a very comfortable living and dining room, laundry room, and beach towels. All bars, restaurants, businesses, tours and art galleries are only minutes away. The condominium is in Zona Romantica next to "Blue Chair Resort which does have entertainment at night until no later than 11:00PM.
This condo complex provides twice a week maid service, 24/7 front desk / security, large heated pool with large sun deck, and private beach only used by guests / owners of this complex, and an elevator.
Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach.
By special arrangement Playa Bonita 302 has been made available to select qualified guests. Playa Bonita 302 is privately owned; student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted. No pets, adults preferred.
