Karla is an amazing teacher. Each class is innovative and challenging! Her studio is light and bright and super clean. I look forward to my daily pilates every morning! Thank you ;-)

This was my first time doing pilates and I am hooked!!! I took a group class and received tons of instruction and felt totally comfortable. Karla is so knowledgeable and friendly. If you are a beginner or an old pro, you will love this class.

Pilates Kstudio was the first Pilates studio I've been to and where I became addicted to it. Karla is a very knowledgeable instructer with many certificates who explains every posture and makes sure you do it correctly without hurting yourself. For those reasons I give 5 stars and would definitely recommend it! :)

We are so happy we found K Studio last year. We have been clients for a year now and love Karla and the studio. She is a wonderful teacher and the new renovations to the studio are great!
