This place is great. Cheaper than Home Depot & they have the exact same stuff; well mostly.

It’s definitely a lot smaller than Home Depot. Customer service is fantastic & they are really quick with their lines in and out of the store (at the register specifically. I have yet to see a line outside the store).

The only challenge I ran into was the fact that they only allow one person within your party to go in. It’s the only place in months that is enforcing that.

Alfonso (I believe was his name) was exceptional. The other day when I went he was the only gentleman that spoke fluent English and Spanish. I guess my Spanish still needs work because someone that was helping me flagged him down to help me. And by the way he wasn’t even working yet. He had arrived early to ensure he was ready by the time he was scheduled to work.

Well, I’ll definitely be back. Great store. Great prices. Great people.

Was able to find a basic bath tub when I needed one. Home depot did not have one, drove to TJ because they said they had one but it was for someone else. To get a basic bath tub at home depot you have to place a special order and it'll take weeks to get it. PET had them in stock. They don't have as much selection, more expensive, and it is smaller. But it worked for me.

October 5th was my first time shopping at PET. It was a great experience. The prices are very competitive and attractive. I saved $25 dollars or 437.5 pesos and I left store making a new friend with one of their helpful employees. Great experience.

Muy mal atendido por el personal no saben atender a las personas y luego le preguntas por algo k no encuentras y no saben darte una respuesta y hable con el gerente y me dio una respuesta tonta k por k la persona no esta encargada del pasillo deve ser la persona k le corresponda ese se supone k todo el personal deve saber de todo lo k hay en tienda ademas son personas k no tienen pasiensa ni caracter.
