Unique & Spectacular Canyon with breath taking panoramic views! Reminds you of the Grand canyon in USA!
The speedboat ride is awsome! The guide stops at regular intervals to show us the flora and fauna around. U have lots of crocodiles, birds, fishes etc. There are a few beautiful waterfalls on the way!
The guide explains the details but in Spanish so you need a translator if you dont speak spanish!
The speed boat takes you on a two hour exhilerating drive along the canyon till the end and back.
Time well spent in the lap of nature amongst lush green mountains, valleys and rivers!👍

We had a 2 hour boat ride on the lancha, taking us down the river through the canyon. The park and the river are home to thousands of birds and reptiles: herons, some type of ugly birds, green iguanas and even crocodiles. Apparently there are over 300 crocodiles in the national park and we saw three of them, and pretty big ones too. We were told they can get to 80 years old, and the longest one measured a couple of years ago was over 6m long.

The canyon is over 30,000 years old, and in an area of Chiapas inhabited by indigenous people for over 2,000 years. When the Spanish invaded and had the upper hand, instead of surrendering the locals jumped off the cliff. That is put into a bit more perspective when you know the canyon walls are about 200m high with the water about 40m at the deepest point.

Its unique and beautiful, a very nice experience to admire. The majesty of nature you have to be here to understand it's greatness, a nice boat trip to admire this great canyon.

I did enjoy enormously a boat ride here. Remember spotting crocodiles, monkeys, black vultures. The speed was fast, I got suntanned.

There are a handful of look-out points as you drive leisurely up to the peak. The views of the canyon from top are breathtaking.

Beautiful place to visit. 2 hour boat ride is a must. Wear sunscreen or long sleeves. Boats dont have shade but is ok. Otherwise the cover would impede the magnificent views

National pride to have this place. Beautiful boat ride. I suggest to get a tour that will do other things besides the canyon for a fun half-day.

Amazing views bin the canyon I personally prefer the viewpoints to see it from the top over seeing not by boat although both options are breathtaking and recommended for anybody visiting chiapas. The boat tour takes about 4 hours for the viewpoints you need a car.

Solid fun canyon tour. I would recommend getting a boat with a shade on it. Be specific, they all cost the same price. There's a neat rock formation at the end

Beautiful canyon to visit both from above and through boat. I did the boat tour. We saw lots of birds, some monkeys going from tree to tree and crocodiles watching us as we floated by. Only downer is the debris at some points, but they are removing it and every visitor to the area helps pay for its conservation and protection. (Admission fee which should be included in the tour)
