  Communication has been torturous. At first very friendly and attentive and it got worse and worse. At the end of the shot they didn't even answer the messages. We placed an order for Madrid and they charged us VAT, but we NEVER received the invoice !!! They even made us pay for another account and even though we insisted, they did not give us the invoice that we have required so much !! We wanted to be their distributors in our store in Spain and they didn't have the slightest interest, incredibly !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

  I made a custom order that I received before the scheduled date at my address, the quantity was correct and the design was very beautiful. The attention on Facebook and WhatsApp was always very attentive and friendly.

  Volví a regresar al lugar, me han atendido muy bien el lugar ha mejorado, tiene mas surtido aunque hay tiendas mejores sobre artesanía en este lugar pero mejoraron micho.
