Relaxing and informative. We started with an analysis of my standing posture, then we did some leg exercises, as I skateboard for a living, in order to understand where my weaknesses and strengths lie. Afterwards he filmed them and sent them to me so i can practice them at home. He then did some strong but surprisingly gentle manipulations on my back and neck to realign everything. Never felt so good and straight in my life, every bone in my body felt in the right place. Wholeheartedly recommend if you want to improve your posture, realign your body and meet a gentle, kind and loving person.

Pepe and his kitten saved my head from falling off completely. I had a strained(?) neck from a massage and was a little freaked out I would be paralyzed and he worked on it for about an hour, with a few different therapies and he was extremely knowledgeable and I felt in very calm and competent hands. Plus the therapy kitten in my lap, he actually had to force me to leave. I am happy to say my head is still attached and my neck has zero pain / all it’s mobility back.

I went for a consult with Jose after suffering for almost 3 years with recurrent pain. I had tried chiropractic and massage, and went to a huesero with no real improvement. After our first session, I felt better from the treatment, and he also taught me effective exercises for rebuilding strength and movement in my lower back and hips. With continued treatment and exercises from Jose, I was able to begin activities that I enjoy like hiking and yoga without experiencing pain. I would definitely recommend a visit to his lovely treatment space to anyone experiencing pain or difficulty with movement.

Wow Jose was incredible, I arrived in Oaxaca with lower back pain that went down to my sciatica!
I could barely walk or stand up fir more than 5 minutes without having to sit down!
After 3 days of this I searched for a healer, chiro. Osteopathe whatever could help relieve this pain!
Jose sent me a message and I made an appointment the same day!
He worked on my leg for an hour, then we went for our excursion for the day! After about an hour as we began walking I noticed that the pain was gone!
I still had some pain in my lower legs this time but the sciatica pain was gone!
I was able to see him a second time and after 2 sessions I’m back on my 2 feet!
