This office where passports are processed is very efficient to grant them the same day, after registering on the page of the secretary of foreign affairs and with an appointment scheduled, you have to bring your payment already made with the applicant's data that is granted through the appointment and It arrives by mail, the bad thing is that you cannot make the appointment online, it is better to call the SRE's phone and schedule the day and time to arrive 15 minutes before and with all the documents with VERY CLEAR copies, the time of the procedure It is approximately 2 hours to have your passport, if you want new certificates of the state of Mexico on the ground floor there are machines that give them to you in 5 minutes with the exact payment of $ 86 pesos

They put me out of phase with my access to the micita schedule for half an hour, they took me out and made me train without explanation, they treated me badly inside. My papers were lost from the process, I don't know how many times. It took 2.5hrs almost 3hrs to give me my passport. I put ZERO on them.

Terrible service and no attention from the staff who work there, instead of offering solutions they limit themselves to saying that some of the information is wrong and they have no criteria to help and guide on how to solve it. Today we process our son's passport again in the SRE office in Coyoacán and the service, treatment and facilities are first world, what a pity that in this Naucalpan office they do not have that vocation of service or the training of staff .

The dating service is excellent, no waiting and very controlled access. Right now with the pandemic there is enough social distancing and they disinfect everything after serving each user. The requirements have been reduced to a minimum and they have already removed the one from the photos that was a can. Renewing my passport took me no more than 30 minutes. All very well.

Me gusto mucho que desde las personas que trabajan en la explanada en diferentes tipos de cosas, son muy amables. Entras al edificio y las personas de la tercera edad que laboran dando información allí, también son muy amables y serviciales. Las oficinas están muy limpias y organizadas.
Hay elevador en perfectas condiciones y rampas para las personas con capacidades diferentes. Te dan cita para sacar tú pasaporte y son muy puntuales en las citas. Tiene una recepción muy grande con sillas muy cómodas. El personal es también muy amable y sonriente. Fue una grata experiencia, cuando yo pensé que era muy complicado.
Yo les recomiendo que vayan y saquen su pasaporte en esta oficina. Por último ya para despedirme de quien vea esta opinión de Goggle, que es otra maravilla de empresa; que la oficina de pasaportes me envió por correo electrónico una encuesta de satisfacción en la que puse lo mismo que aquí.

Tengo sentimientos encontrados sobre este lugar. Hice mi cita y llegué en tiempo y todo iba bien pasaron rápido a revisión de documentos, ya para el tema de la foto me tardaron 4 horas, mi cita era a las 11 y al final no me pasaron a la foto y que me iba a reagendar para la próxima semana. Tengo un vuelo la próxima semana y no podía esperar amablemente hicieron una excepción y pudieron darmelo al otro día, fueron comprensibles y amables al respecto, sin embargo su sistema es muy ineficiente. Les recomiendo agendar cita muy temprano antes de las 10 para salir rápido.

Saque la cita por internet. El día del trámite las personas fueron amables y en menos de dos horas tenía la renovación de mi pasaporte. Recomiendo sacar la cita lo más temprano posible.

Excelente servicio, obtuve mi pasaporte en menos de cuarenta minutos. Lo más recomendable es llegar con cita previa que se puede obtener por internet o por teléfono. La atención es muy profesional y personalizada, además hay que entender que cada trámite es distinto así que algunos casos pueden demorar más tiempo!!

La atención es buena, todos muy amables cuando cumples con todos los requisitos necesarios para el pasaporte, recomiendo agendar su cita por internet.

Y entre más temprano la agendes más rápido té dan tu pasaporte, ya que en el transcurso del día se va desfasando la atención.

Deberían agregar otra máquina para imprimir actas de nacimientos ya que la única qué hay no se da abasto en el horario de atención, fácil te haces 15 min. formado.

El día de hoy fui a hacer mi tramite, yo ya tenia cita agendada así que esto hizo que todo fuera muy rápido(la agende por internet). En menos de una hora me entregaron el pasaporte. Ojo ya no te piden las fotos. todo muy bien.

Hace 3 años no tuve quejas pero hoy que volví para renovar mi pasaporte puedo decir que es pésimo ir a ese lugar, lo único bueno fue que respetan los horarios de citas y si pasa uno a la hora, no lleguen tarde porque se ponen muy pesados. Adentro hace demasiado calor, demasiados llantos de niños malcriados y desesperados. Lleven anotado en un papelito un teléfono de referencia porque lo piden y no dejan sacar el celular y también se ponen pesados los guardias si te ven con el. Dos horas para que al final te digan venga mañana, ya no dan el pasaporte el mismo día, al menos no el renovado. Mucha burocracia, hasta te toman foto ahí mismo. Cada día peor, hacen gastar dinero y tiempo. Vayan a las oficinas de la CDMX porque en el Estado es un asco.
