Not sure this would appeal to a lot of people. No real arrangement and kind of junkie, but out family enjoyed ourselves. We knew what we were getting into and so wasn't disappointed.

Kids loved the Harry potter street art Wished there was more.

Incredible. A rambling and eclectic collection of toys spanning 4 floors. Everything from Barbie to old, rustic hand-made toys. The presentation initially appears to be purely random hoarder, but before long it becomes apparent that in most of the rooms there is an amazing wierdness at play. Some of the displays are pure art. Reactions vary from "cute" to "I had one of those!" to "why is that baby holding it's own head". Kids will like it, but adults will truly appreciate the sheer volume of sensory input. It's strange and wonderful and totally worth the admission.

We stopped by in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The admission is 50 pesos per person, bring correct change if possible. On the street you will see a door to the right with stairs, take that and ring bell on the left of gate. When you first start the self guided tour you will probably think this is a hoarding situation that someone is charging for you to viewdon't fret it's going to get really good and a tad bit creepy. There is a crazy amount of Barbie's in and out of boxes. There are trucks and jars full of doll heads. Plastic babies pop up in most toy cases. It's either four or five floors of toys also roof access to see views. Seriously I would have paid much more to see this museum. It's been the highlight.

If you only read the good reviews, your expectations about the museum are going to be false. It lacks order and cleanliness. The museography is terrible. The toys aren´t displayed by any order, the exhibits aren´t consistent. The toys are just crowded, no labels that explain what you are watching. It looks old and filthy.

This place is absolutely magical, a full-blown nostalgia smorgasbord! If you're a kid, or simply a kid at heart, you will not regret visiting. We spent a good 3 hours here, and could have stayed longer if not for a previous engagement. Do yourself a favor, and make it a point to visit this wonderland of toys of days gone by, a simpler time.

Good museum. A psychic resemblance of a potenctious society stored into transparent exhibits that freeze their skills and transform them into unrecognizable collectible useless pieces to be shown.

This was one of the most inspiring places during my stay in CDMX. If you are a lover of toys, antiques, or art, you will love this museum. It is obvious that so much work went into this space, and simply for the love of it. 5 stars and beyond.

This is it
If you're looking for a place to spend half of your day waiting for one of the 5 spots they have as parking lot right in the middle of a awful traffic zone, pay entrance to see a bunch of incomplete broken toys that seems to be gotten out of the garbage (wich they even dare to put on sale) and put inside a extremely little crappy house, and you really really hate your kids, this is the place for you. If you're lucky enough as a bonus your car could get scratched at their parking lot.

By the way, they're proud to clame they have an amazing exhibit of Harry Potter.. nothing but a bunch of magazines covers on the wall and a couple of figures that seems more like a cheap budu dolls.
