  Came here twice in a row because the ceviche and guacamole were simply everything you wish for! So delicious, fresh, homemade, paired with a cup of maracuya juice. A dream! Try the shrimps with coco, very yum.

  What a good sauce Miriam (i took the coco one) and a good fish.
  Everything was perfect except for the noisy golf car which passed in front of us on the street (but that's not Miriam's fault 😊).
  Hope Holbox will change for electric golfcart soon

  The best we had on holbox. Don't get disturbed by the improvised look of everything. Take your time enjoy the lovely service and the fresh made food.

  We ate so much delicious food on Holbox and Miriam's was the best. The fish in passionfruit sauce was incredible, and so different, and the lobster empanadas were just as good.
  It's a very small kitchen so the food might take a while, but it's well worth the wait.
  If you're reading this, go there and eat. It's the best.

  We had an excellent diner at Miriam. We started with a great passion fruit juice which tasted very natural. Then we had the lobster empanadas and the Fish with Passion Fruit sauce which were both tasty. A great restaurant!
  
  More details on the dishes:
  The empanadas were large, baked (tbc), and generously filled: you could feel the chunk of lobsters. It was a good dish but in my opinion, frying lobster is kind of a waste. It has the tendency to dull its taste instead of enhancing it.
  The Fruit Passion sauce was delicious. It's was a first time and you could definitely taste the real fruit in it. Plus, the seeds really proved it was made from real fruits and not from a concentrate.
