Great location. As with most markets, sanitation could stand to be improved. But it generally appears clean enough. Selection of produce and fruit excellent. Good spices and hot sauces. Great fresh mean.

Authentic market, we went to buy random fresh produce which was cheap and on-point. Also stopped for breakfast at one of the central food stalls, can't remember the name of it but the food was slammin and pretty cheap. I definetely recommend swinging by the mercado municipal while in Valladolid.

It ia a typical Mexican market, fresh products little restaurants, really little, where you can try local food in an affordable price. It's not meant to be a touristic spot, but if you really want to get the local experience you got to visit here.

Average market but not too many options for food and fresh produce looks better outside on the streets than in the market. Maybe there's a reason no tourists make the stop here.

A local told us to go there. It was really really cool. No tourists there! Great fresh produce and anything else you might need.
