They owe commissions to real estate brokers since December 2020 as well as to suppliers. Nor do they return customer reservations. They lack licenses and permits or funds to carry out the project. Be careful and don't get scammed. THEY HAVE NO MONEY TO START THE WORK!! SCAM CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS and REAL ESTATE AGENTS.
