We got in the morning to this office.
We booked 2 tickets from Chetumal to Flores
The staff was really friendly. We got free breakfast when we waited for the bus.
The bus drive went well. We got all information what we need to cross the borders. (Mexico - Belize and Belize - Guatemala)
I read a lot of bad stories from other bus companies going from Chetumal to Flores, but this company seems to be a good one.
    I would choose it again.

Comfortable buses that you won't regret. Can take you to Flores in Guatemala, locations within Belize and all the way to Cancun in Mexico

We traveled with Marlin Espadas from Flores to Chetumal last week across two borders. Great drivers as well as helpful and friendly staff that got on and off at each border to give you all the information you need to pass quickly out of and into each country. Great service.

We travelled from San Ignacio to Chetamul with this s company. I communicated with the company via email and they confirmed a pick up time at Hode's Place for 10:30 am and the bus would essentially be an express be s with a change in Belize. We went to Hode's Place to purchase a ticket only to be told they do NOT sell the tickets or act as an agent. We were redirected to a jewellery/gift shop on Burns Avenue to buy our tickets. The price is $35 USD each and the lady wrote pick up for 10:00 am just on the road by Hode's Place.
We arrived a bit before 10:00 am and were uncertain which side of the road to wait. At about 10:45am a man in a taxi who identified himself as working for Marlin Espada said our bus would be there in 15 minutes. He was ahead of the bus at the Guatemala border; he follows and then offers taxis to passengers along the way. Finally about 11:00 am our bus showed up, it was reasonably clean, had A/C, and the driver was great. Once on our way, we traveled through to Belize City without difficulty. We changed buses in Belize City to a smaller tourist type bus and once again travel toward Chetamul without a problem.
At the Belize exit point a fellow joined our group who was Mexican and spoke good English, who helped maneuver us through entry process into Mexico. Once we arrived at the station there were given a cold cerveza waiting for us complimentary! The office staff were helpful in assuring we all had taxi service to other destinations and confirming pricing with the drivers.
Despite the various departur e times and actual pick up time, I would recommend this company. Given the distance we travelled on that day, we were pleased with the service.

Not worth the trip if going to the islands in Belize. We were recommended this company by our hostel (probably for a finders fee) and found they were very unprofessional. First bus broke down, second bus ran into a parked car. Man was forceful about Mexican border fees even though it had been paid on my airline ticket AND I'd been in the country 3 days or less (in which you are exempt). I just paid as I didn't want to bother with arguing. They really don't look after their customers, only their wallets. Wouldn't recommend! Take the ferry instead.
