They are supposed to open at 11.
Been here since 11.05 and at 11.40 the guy inside tells me "open in 10 minutes "
Is this a joke?
Pastries are terrible, tea is served usually cold and service is mediocre.
The only reason I come here is the tea selection which honestly, does not compensate any more.response / report this review -

I am really surprized at the ratings here. Maybe we had a bad day there. We struggled hard to get food. When we finally got it, it was very stale. Although warm - which maybe raised my expectations. The coissant was so stale that we could not eat it and sent it back. Left poorer and in no way satisfied. Seemed like a staff issue. Just terrible customer service or a complete lack of training. The interior looks wonderful and comfortable. Stick to tea.
