  Favorite of taxi drivers as it's close to the gas station on the east edge of town. Hearty tacos of lomitos, with a dish of near-black habenero salsa and a Coke to wash it down. Or a breakfast to eat on the way to Chitzén Itzá. The bathroom is in the convenience store next door. Very loud music, but you'll never have trouble hailing a cab to get back into town.
