  Nothing! The worse service I have ever had in a hotel. This hotel staff needs to be train about service, which is the business they are in. We had a lot of rain and, most of all rooms had leeks.

  From the Toucan building, you are much closer to the lobby of the Grand and the Grand's pools than you are to the things at Nizuc.

  Ask for the 'Mayan Coffee' for dessert and ask if you can get 'the show' that goes with it! Enjoy (and stand clear of the fire)!!!
