Most disappointing experience- they added a random 100 pesos and say it's a cover charge!! No explanation- and they have the audacity to follow me for a tip all the way out of the restaurant

Tripadviser recommended (they say) but not that impressive. I asked for ossobucco but they didn't have it. Had a fish dish instead. Opening bites tasted good but after a while most of the flavor was gone.

It used to be a good restaurant now the spaghetti was undercooked, the meat dry and the sauces flat and cold. Too many wrong dishes to be coincidential.
