I have to say. This was definitely a great experience in Bacalar. The food was great. Get some octopus if you visit. Lights went out while we were there due to a huge storm. They handled it pretty well.

Very fresh ceviche (although I suspect the squid to be frozen) nice cocktails, decent choice of beers (only industrial though) and good rib eye tacos.
The place is amazing with a nice view. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Bacalar (with higher prices of course)response / report this review -

This place has a great vibe. My whole family went there as everyone in town recommend this place. I had their beef burger which was good but nothing out of the norm. I did try their sangria which was awesome. The music is great and the decore awesome.

Fancy place directly at the lagoon. They serve very fresh meals. The Ceviche, Hamburger, Salad and grilled Veggies were amazing! Coffee and dessert are not very recommendable.

Food is delicious, its interior design is grate, love the view to the lake. A must in Bacalar !!
To the administration: please add more shade to the right part over the lake, a flexible umbrella will be perfect because of the sun position.response / report this review -

Such a great place, good food, good seasoning, good environment. The lagoon is so close, the view is nice and you can swim while enjoying a snack. Lovely place.

Amazing food and views. Empanadas are great and also anything with fish or seafood. You jump to the water through the pier in front and take a bath, then go back and have a drink or some food. Close to paradise

It looks like this is a new place (no more than a year, but I'm not sure) everything is nice and clean, Lake view is outstanding, not only you can eat and drink, you also have the chance to swim, dive and snorkel as well.

Such a great place! Everything is perfect! Nice lagoon access, modern extension of the restaurant, friendly waiters and above all food is delicious. There are many Mexican-inspired food options, you'll find something you like for sure. Can be slightly more expensive then other places but it's so worth it, and still cheap in "European" terms. Enjoy!

Best food I found in Mexico (proper international quality) and a very cool setting under the trees down by the lake. And with the bar La Catrina directly opposite you'll have an excellent night out!

Nice place, the garden and jetty into the lake are really good. The place has a good atmosphere and the menu is nicely varied. Our food arrived quickly and was very tasty and the staff were very pleasant.
