La personas de la oficina estuvieron muy bien pero el chofer estuvo mal y el guía de la selva muy mal. El guía empezó el tour dejándome. No cuidó a sus participantes. Hubo pocas explicaciones. Nos dejaron qeudanos en los puntos de interés poco tiempo.

Great tour guide and driver, did the Palenque to flores trip. 650 pesos for the double bus route option. Very helpful and courteous at the border. The driver even loaned us quetzales to buy food as we only had pesos on us. Champion. Though they did try and hustle us at the end to get on a Tikal tour abd stay in their hostel I assume.

The driver probably wishes to die as we noticed the way he handled the bus getting from point A to B.
The Misol Ha waterfall was pretty and we were nervous getting back in the van to get to Agua Azul.
Again very dangerous driving but we survived and arrived at Agua Azul. We spend our free time there
and we got already worried to get back in this bus to Palenque. And yes again, it was getting dark, he
drove like an idiot in the mountains overtaking trucks at points with absolutely no view. After a long
drive and a half hour waiting at some point ( no idea why ) we survived and arrived back in Palenque.
The next morning we were completely in shock the same van and the same driver showed up ( half
hour late, again) did this guy even rest?
Did we really had to get in this van again? As we had no idea what to do else we got in the van. This vans are NOT for
transport with luggage as there was no space for ours. The driver literally squished or luggage under
the seats.
Then the absolute nightmare began….
After nearly no sleep the driver must have had, he still believed he was Aryton Senna. Getting worried sick because there was this time also a lot of rain. After about 1 hour it went wrong. I saw
everything happening. The driver was overtaking a big truck. Heading straight in to another car. The first car could avoid us getting of the road the second car we smashed into.
After the accident de driver just took off with the first taxi passing by..
Sure, I have no idea what about the rest of the drivers. The one picking us up from the place of the accident was oke. He brought us to a nice hotel but our holiday was ruined. We are lucky we can still tell te story. Just think twice when considering booking hereresponse / report this review -

Esta agencia ofrece varios Tours. Tome uno de 2 días (una noche en la selva en cabaña) con paseos y comidas incluidas y otro desde Palenque pasando por las ruinas y las cascadas y llegando a San Cristóbal. Los vehículos están en muy buenas condiciones pero los chóferes son inpuntuales, para ir por mi al hotel una vez llegaron tarde y en otro llegaron mucho antes de la hora. Las instalaciones de la cabaña son muy básicas, sólo tienen paredes de tablas, si tienen baño, pero son cabañas comunicadas por el mismo techo sin ningún aislamiento sólo una malla sostenida con unas varas de Carrizo por lo que escuchas todo los dicen tus vecinos de a lado como si sólo estuvieras en una habitación grande con otras personas. Las paredes externas de la cabaña no están bien selladas de tal manera que se escuchan los sonidos de la selva lo cual está muy bien sobre todo si te toca estar al lado del arroyo siendo arrullado por el sonido del agua, pero a la vez está expuesto a que se meta algún animal tal como nos pasó, que salimos a cenar y cuando regresamos encontramos una rata comiéndose un plátano que dejamos sobre la cama, entró y salió por la parte de arriba de las paredes ya que como mencioné no están selladas ni cubiertas del todo.
Otra cuestión es la comida, está estaba incluida pero es muy poca y muy básica. Las opciones de desayuno es sólo huevo revuelto y Frijoles, pan, tortilla y café todo en porciones muy pequeñas. La comida sólo un trozo pequeño de pollo y arroz. La cena unas quesadillas y un te o café. Luego no te ofrecen más cantidad y no sabes si pedir algo más porque el servicio de las cabañas y la comida la ofrecen los lugareños y no sabes si tendrán más para los demás.
También tome otro tour a Agua Azul, Palenque y que me llevarián a San Cristóbal. Este Tour dentro de la zona de Palenque estaba bien hasta que el chofer nos empezó a gritar que si no estábamos en la hora pactada al regreso de las visitas en cada lugar nos dejaba. Afortunadamente todos estuvimos a tiempo de las visitas excepto su compañero quien nos llevaría a San Cristóbal, ellos si querían que nosotros estuviéramos a tiempo pero el siguiente transporte a San Cristóbal el cual arregló la agencia para que nos llevaran tardó como 1 hora y media en llegar, lo cual provocó que llegara muy noche a San Cristóbal y causó un poco de problemas con el equipaje porque no tenía capacidad el transporte. Luego de discutir el chofer logró acomodar a otras personas en otro minibus junto con su equipaje. Finalmente cuando íbamos llegando a San Cristóbal el chofer iba manejando muy mal pues se iba durmiendo, estaba en servicio desde las 5 de la mañana e íbamos llegando a San Cristóbal a las 12:00 de la noche, lo cual es una irresponsabilidad de parte de las agencias ya que exprimen a los chóferes a expensas de la seguridad de los turistas. La carretera es muy pero muy lenta ya que hay topes y baches cada 1000 metros lo que causa que el minibus se detenga y arranque muchísimas veces. 240 Kms en 5 hrs es muuuuy lento pero las condiciones de la cinta asfáltica no permite más rápido.
Creo que la proxima vez consideraría combinar en rentar un auto para algunos paseos y otros tomarlos en Tour. Sin duda esta agencia tiene mucho que mejorar en el servicioresponse / report this review
