  I honestly ate the best chilaquiles of my life here. The atmosphere is amazing and both Miguel and his wife are the kindest and most gracious hosts. The coffee they grow is organic and sustainable - and DELICIOUS! don't forget to try the tasty and creative other coffee-based treats on offer - in particular the coffee liqueur, a blend of spices for marinating, and a coffee nut cream better than nutella.
  
  This small café is a perfect start into the day - with the best chilaquiles I had in my entire life. They grow their own coffee, which is organic and local and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. It is not only a great place to eat and drink, but also a worth while small-business to support.
