    No es posible que en plena contingencia y no te quieran atender, el viernes marqué preguntando si se requería realizar cita y la respuesta fue no, hoy que llego mencionan que requiero agendar cita, la idea es no estar tanto tiempo fuera y quieren que espere una hora con quince minutos o regresar mañana, no logro entender quién realizó la nueva política olvidándose de ser más sensibles con la situación . Lo peor el personal grosero!!! Esto fue el día lunes 01 -6-20 después de marcar para quejarme de la situación me atendieron, claro después de mucho esperar por algo simple. Hasta con miedo dejé mi equipo 😬😬 ahora demorará más de lo normal para la entrega sólo espero no dañen mi maquina.

    Muy mal servicio, don’t trust the Service repair people.! They charged for the diagnostico 2 times for the same issue.! Go somewhere also..!

    Don't trust these guys. They charge you for doing a diagnostic to find what the problem is. And when they can't find the problem, they charge you anyway. Had my motherboard changed there and, suspiciously, my airport card stopped working just a week after. Never had problem with it before. Now they're asking for $3,500 to replace the airport (a cheap part that takes 10 minutes to replace).
    I have reported my concerns to Apple and you should do the same if you have any problems with them.

    EDIT: my girlfriend had her HDD cable changed here. It had a 3 month guarantee. 3 months later it broke again. WHAT A SURPRISE
