Excellent stay in mid Jan 2018. Friendly staff, beautiful,grounds and views, and cozy cottages! Would definitely stay again and recommend. Relatively close to the monarchs. Also close to pyramids at San Felipe (must see while you are there)!

Muy bonito hotel. Excelente atención. Con juegos para niños y una alberca. Las cabañas son muy bonitas y la comida es bastante buena.

Es un lugar adecuado. Sin embargo el wifi no llega a las habitaciones. El restaurante es rico y esta limpio. Las habitaciones están adecuadas. El precio es muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

For years, this hotel has been associated with the Federal Police and the well known problems in Michoacan, Mexico. So, it is not a place one would like to go. But maybe the pass of the years will change this appreciation and I wish it, because, on the other hand; the hotel is very nice. It is between in the middle of the forest and a few minutes of the Reserve of the Biosphere of the Monarch Butterfly. The restaurant service is good enough.

Great grounds and friendly service! Right by the butterfly hikes to! The rooms are not heated and the hot water does not run for very long. The bed was not comfortable at all!
