Ir Is a good place todo attend work eventos, also has everything necessary for our guests to have a pleasant rest.
I literally just checked in. My room is disgusting. There's black underneath where the soap goes. The sheets are old and dirty. It hasn't been vacuumed in days. The linens have black marks on them and the toilet was full of someone else's used toilet paper. The wifi is in and out and my non smoking room smells like someone has been smoking in the room. It's outdated and has a toilet that looks like it belongs in a portable potty. Will never book here again. The smell is giving me a headache. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. They did switch my room to a cleaner one relatively quickly. Went to order a beer to calm my nerves after the ordeal and hotel staff hung up on me. To add to the ordeal there's zero hot water even if you run it for a long time at full blast and the wifi cuts in and out. 2 star hotel at best.
The experience my family and I had was really good thanks to the service provided by the hotel's staff during our stay. The hotel is beautiful inside out and its buffet service is a great option for breakfast.
Best hotel in San Miguel de Allende so sar, great customer service, the only down side was that i couldn’t find the elevator, i was on the second floor and i walked all the way around and didnt find an elevator, they offer valet parking and the parking is pretty big
Lovely hotel with some beautiful traditional Mexican decor and statement furniture pieces. The staff is helpful, polite, and some speak English. The breakfast buffet is adequate and filling. There’s live music, but the bar is small and doesn’t have signature drinks or a fun menu. The restaurant is good. The rooms are nice and comfortable with comfortable mattresses. Every room has all of the essentials: iron, closet with hangers, lots of space to spread out your luggage, extra blanket, and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is spacious enough, the water pressure was good, but the towels could be softer and bigger and there could be more of them per room.
The TV was small, but there was a sofa chair to sit and rest - if you don’t feel like laying down. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. We were able to book two rooms for $85/night. Great value for the price paid. I would recommend this place to friends and family visiting the area. Well earned 3 stars, with all the creature comforts a more discerning traveler might seek.
Pretty much has everything and in a great location
Super nice hotel and the staff is wonderful. Was here for a business trip with Honda and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Very kind and cordial staff. Very clean and cozy. Nice pool. Awful food though, lacking in flavor and portions were ridiculously small.
Excelente servicio, un hotel excepcional
Very nice decor. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Close to downtown.
Close to the center. Good restaurants around. The breakfast buffet on weekends is great. Free shuttle service
Great service, nice rooms, great buffet, and swimming pool with music!
It's located pretty near from downtown and the service is really good, but the facilities: gym, game room and restaurant, could be much better.
I was very pleased with our accommodations here. The staff gave particularly good service and recommendations. We requested a cot which I slept on and it was very comfortable! They were extremely generous with ice when we requested it. The online booking site we used provided accurate prices, there were no surprises at check-in.
The hotel is very lovely, we found it an easy walk into the centre of town. The neighbouring restaurants for breakfast were very good, we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant preferring to eat at local restaurants which are aplenty in San Miguel.
I would definitely recommend Hotel Real de Minas!
Nice hotel with great location near downtown, the only problem is that beds are way too small for a couple and rooms bit noisy
A dependable if generic hotel which serves as San Miguel's main conference venue. About a 15- to 20-minute leisurely walk to the main plaza, situated a bit out of the downtown scene with lots of nearby restaurants and shops on Calle Ancha and in Colonia San Antonio. The cafe and restaurant are not bad.
The rooms on the bottom floor are dark and drab, but the upstairs ones are fantastic. Great views, the pool area and grounds are lovely. The staff is accommodating, the food in the restaurant is ok. I suggest going elsewhere for dinner. The gym is tiny, but if you know what you're doing you can make it work, and there's one around the corner anyhow.
