It is a nice and colonial place but this time I did not stay at the hotel, it has a pool bar restaurant but I recommend others in the city.

Great hotel. Beautiful old hacienda style. Staff appeared friendly and helpful even though I do not speak Spanish well. Short cab or Uber drive from downtown and anything you might need.. beds were firm but I slept well. The room says that the water is filtered but I chose not to risk it and drank bottled water. Clean rooms. I would stay here again.

We were very comfortable in our standard room. The hotel was clean, and the staff were exceptional. The staff helped us with our luggage, with buying tickets for an event, and with finding a certified guide to show us around town. Service was way beyond what I am accustomed to in American hotels that are three times more expensive.

Very nice place, has beautiful gardens and buildings, many places to take many pictures, their employees are very kind and warm, i recommend it a lot if you want to have a peaceful stay at Guanajuato, the center of the city is almost 20 minutes walking, so if you like walk it has very good location.

It's a great hotel to be very quiet. The stay there is very relaxing, in addition to its popularity. But I think they could improve their services, because although they consider that they could give much more than what there is.
