No hay calificación menor que cero ? . No recomiendo este hotel , es muy caro para lo que ofrecen . La habitación es un asco , las camas super duras lo cual amaneces con un dolor severo de espalda. El baño , si te bañas ya estuvo que encharcaste todo porque no hay cortina, no sirve la puerta del baño . En realidad no vale la pena. Demasiado ruido en los pasillos desde personal de limpieza hasta los huéspedes que no respetan siendo altas horas de la madrugada. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación , sin embargo hay más hoteles mucho mejores en la misma zona .

This place is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay near the best restaurants, night clubs, and local attractions that downtown Guanajuato has to offer this place is just a short walk away and at a fraction of the price you'll pay at the neighboring hotels. The owner of the establishment, Javier and his staff are all really welcoming and attentive with their guests. I spent 3 nights here in a triple bed room with a balcony view to the street and the room was really clean, organized, and very spacious. Overall I had a pleasant and fairly cheap stay here. I recommend you give it a try. It's been under new management (with Javier) for only a year so this place is bound to only get better as time goes by.

Muy amable el personal q atiende, las habitaciones son pequeñas y sencillas, pero esta en el centro de Guanajuato y de ahi puedes realizar facilmente todas tus actividades

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, no habÃa presión de agua, ni gas para el agua caliente, solo frÃa, una sola persona atiende todo el hotel (limpieza, recepción, mantenimiento), habÃa focos fundidos, el baño apestaba asà también la habitación, renté habitación con cama kingsize y me dieron una con base matrimonial y colchón kingsize que colgaba por los lados. Jamás volveré ahÃ.

Los hoteles en Guanajuato funcionan asÃ. Es muy popular entre viajeros. Pequeño y puede ser costoso pero es una buena opción por su ubicación.
