I don't have time to text all the good things about this hotel for our 3 night stay. We didn't want to pay the extra $200US for a room facing the plaza so, after showing us 3 different rooms, the desk clerk gave us a room with a mirador and terrific views. The hotel is beautifully old and well put together. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, including the bed. All staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The hotel breakfast is limited to not much more than yogurt and fruit, and a bit pricey, but there are lots of good restaurants very close.
The only improvement I would like to see is to have the shower run a more constant temperature. It wasn't a huge deal, but it ran hot & cold.response / report this review -

Great hotel.. though most of the people who work at the hotel do not speak english and the restsurant food on the 3rd floor is awful.

The restaurant is located on the terrace and the view of the city is beautiful. Our waiter was great, really patient and courteous. The food was delicious!! My 11 yrs old daughter loved it and ask to go their again when we go back for vacation.

No ac in the hotel due to location and historic persona but amazing clean and beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and breakfast very simple, fresh and delicious.

In the restaurant "El campanario", the views are incredible. The service great. Overall, everything is excellent.

Location: excelent. Few steps from Cathedral. Rooms: small. But big restroom. Service: front desk willing to charge you late check out rate.
