This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Beds are comfy, a/c works just fine, it's nice to have coffee ready in the morning and to be able to order a good breakfast before you head off to climb ruins! The people who work here are all helpful and nice! The only down side are the roosters crowing & noisy dogs from time to time, but it adds to the place's charm For clean, comfy, affordable rooms, this is the hotel to stay at!

Great little place to base yourself for visiting the surrounding Mayan ruins. Spacious clean room, comfy beds, and the most helpful & smiley front desk man in all of Mexico. You can also rent a car from them here! If you want a quick breakfast though - forget it. You need at least an hour as food service is slooooow. Thanks for everything!

Very good friendly family run hotel. Breakfast great value around £2.50. Not huge choice for dinner but tasty and they run to the local shop when they run out of beer ! Rooms clean and good AC. Excellent value for the price. Service excellent, can recommend.

I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and there have been several improvements since: rooms now have wifi, there is a restaurant serving meals to guests and others, and all the rooms now have AC. Staff is very nice and if you need to they can arrange tours to take you to Calakmul and some of the other ruins where you need a 4x4 vehicle.
I would stay here again!
