  Beautiful hacienda. Very well kept. Good restaurant and beautiful rooms. Happy to stay here. Couple of things. A bit of the bitten track and many day vistors

  The hotel is nice and quaint, but service is bad. +2 weeks before my arrival I called Expedia and canceled one night, they confirmed and said that the hotel was aware and that there was no penalty. Basically the hotel denied it and charged me for that day. I don’t understand why the hotel staff treated me as a liar while providing terrible excuses and service just to save them 75 bucks!.

  The location was very convenient and the rooms were very pretty. Service was very good. Beds are very stiff, however, everything else was very beautiful.

  Excellent facilities and great service however the privacy in the bathroom is little due to the glass door which I believe should be changed since there may be guests or families and it's quite uncomfortable to use the bathroom in such condition (completely see through right in front of the toilet)

  Es un lugar muy tranquilo, si lo que quieres es descansar alejarte de la civilizacion, salir de la rutina esta muy bien, ya que, si lo que quieres es salir a divertirte no es recomendable porque no hay lugares a donde salir lo mas cercano es leon.

  El lugar es bueno, lastima que esta en medio de la nada, en medio de un rancho y no hay nada que hacer, mejor hospedarse en león, y aparte está lejos de león, todos los atractivos están en león y por lo que se paga no vale la pena, es mas fácil ir de león a san cristobal en taxi y conocer aunque tampoco vale la pena por que es un vil rancho sin nada que amerite visitarlo, es una decepción absoluta, quien en su sano juicio visitaría un rancho sin atractivos, no vale la pena
