Muy buena opción de hotel, limpio y precio muy razonable, solo la ubicación algo retirado del centro (10 minutos )

La verdad, fue una experiencia agradable debido al gran servicio proporcionado por los empleados, solamente me gustaría comentar (de forma objetiva) que creo que deberían actualizar un poco el diseño de interiores en el Hotel, pero reitero, es una opinión personal

EXCELENTE SERVICIO MUY ATENTOS, YO RECOMENDARÍA QUE EN EL DESAYUNO QUE VIENE INCLUIDO EN EL HOTEL SEA BUFFET POR QUE UNO SIENTE QUE LOS MESEROS TE ESTAN OBSERVANDO PARA QUE TE SIRVES POR QUE EN EL DESYUNO CONTINENTAL NO TEPUEDES SERVIR DE TODO ES MOLESTO.

Great Hotel, clean, quiet, nice rooms, bed and pillows are amazing!!!, small parking lot underneath rooms (ceiling covered and safe), so you can access through stairs directly to front desk, don't have restaurant neither cafeteria or similar, just plain instant coffee and chill water bottles, best economy hotel by far.

Mosquitos! Mosquitos! I have stayed here at least 10 times previously and always happy. We arrived and the cable did not work. No problem, we were exhausted. We went to bed and within an hour were covered with mosquito bites. The itching was so bad we drove to the all night pharmacy for salve. We got the itching under control and wanted to shower. My friend is Méxican and took a cold shower because the hot did not work. I let the hot water run for 10 minutes. I went to the front desk because the telephone did not work. The deskman lied and told me to let it run for another 10 minutes. The hot water had been turned off for the night. I was able to shower 10 minutes later.
In the morning we had more hot water than we needed. Upon leaving, I let the desk manager know my complaints. He lied about the hot water being turned off at night and I let him know he was a liar.response / report this review -

Hotel cómodo con colchones y almohadas que te permiten descansar por su limpieza.

Muy buena relación precio/calidad, los cuartos son amplios, limpios y bien decorados. Definitivamente se necesita carro para ir al centro de Lagos, pero se llega muy rápido.

El precio es bueno en relación con la calidad. Aunque las instalaciones tienen problemas, en mi habitación ni siquiera había foco, sólo una lámpara cerca del escritorio. Los muebles están bien, la cama y almohadas son cómodas. Todo muy limpio, servicio oportuno y agradable. En las habitaciones de abajo se escucha todo de afuera para adentro y viceversa.
