Mi estancia en el hotel fue maravillosa. El restaurante muy bueno. La atención del personal fue excelente. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El baño y la regadera eran muy pequeños en mi habitación. Pero fuera de eso, tienen buenos precios y muy buen servicio.

excelente hotel muy bien ubicado en la ciudad de veracruz las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias y confortables el personal muy servicial y amable la administracion muy atenta y educada esta a orilla de la playa cuenta con instalaciones excelentes tiene piscina muy bonita , el agua esta excelente y muy limpia lo recomiendo ampliamente para gente que desea pasar unos dias tranquilos y agradables a orilla de playa.

This hotel is steps away from the beach and has a nice pool. My kids enjoyed their time in the pool and we were pretty close to everything in Veracruz that we wanted to get to. A short taxi ride is pretty much all that is needed. I spent a few days at this hotel and the staff is absolutely incredible. They are this hotel's greatest asset. Jose , Ivan, Irene Cano Diego, and Yenni went above and beyond at ALL times. No request was too much. They were always helpful with suggestions on places to eat or things to do. They made sure that the job was done right, and were on top of things. I will definitely go to this hotel on my next trip to Veracruz.
