Rooms have no windows to an open air, they are facing to an old yard, covered by a plastic roof. They use outdoor gas heaters(!) in these closed yards to make some heat in the guestrooms, that is obviously risking guests life. Open air heaters can not be used in closed places without any ventilation!!! Who's brilliant idea was that?

El restaurante del hotel es en general bueno. Ideal para grupos grandes y me parece que los precios son justos.
La atención un poco lenta pero la calidad de los platillos es buena.

Hermoso hotel, comodas habitaciones, el personal muy amable, excelente ubicación. Mi familia y yo tuvimos una estancia agradable. Nos quedaron ganas de regresar a San Cristobal y al hotel Ciudad real👍

the breakfast here is amazing. there is a big choice of local, mexican and iternational breakfast menus. we had the scrambled eggs chorozo and tge scrambled eggs tacos - both delicious beyond expectation. (we didn't stay in the hotel)
