Excellent location, the furnishings are a bit outdated but the customer service makes up for it. The buffet is open 24 hrs. Walking distance to everything!

Great suites, location and service EXECPT there was an earthquake while we stayed and there was NO evacuation protocol. No alarms were sound nor rooms checked. We only found out when the commotion on the street caught out attention. When we had made it to the 1st floor, all the staff had already evacuated.

It's a nice place to stay when visiting Mexico city. The room I was staying was small but comfortable, providing everything that's needed for a nice stay and be well rested. The hotel is located in a very centric zone, so restaurants, shops, bars, and drug stores are really close to you. All of the staff members are very gentle and they are always there helping if a problem shows up. WiFi could be better but the time I spent on the hotel was short. Didn't have the opportunity to taste the food.

Very nice hotel in a nice part of Mexico city. Nice views from the balcony. Staff were helpful. Hotel was able to hold my luggage before my flight left after check out, which was very convenient.

You couldn't dream up a better location in the heart of Zona Rosa my favorite area in Mex city and the staff are very helpful.

First thing to know: this hotel is an Aeroméxico contractor. So, they get a big chunk of their business from Aeroméxico sending people here because of cancelled flights. Hence, they don't care about their customers as much as better hotels because people have no chance. The food is really bad. Especially the breakfast. Really bad. The staff is not helpful, especially if you are sent there by Aeroméxico.

OLD OLD very old property, my room was a disaster, no hot water, if didn't paid in advance I would checkout immediately.

Service is OK but waiters in the dinning room are more worried about the tips than bringing you coffee. They bring that topic to you almost before saying hi. So if you are staying here you should go with a lot of cash and change.
