Very small bathroom. Front desk clerk grumpy. Cold.

The place is small and cozy, decor contributes to the atmosphere. All places in San Cristobal have small rooms but these are decent sized. The bathrooms were recently renovated and has a charming reading room, a gorgeous cava in which you can arrange diner for small groups.

Nice place with nice people and a decent location, but there's a very noisy street right next to my room. So the choices are either let the room get stuffy since there's no fan, or let it be noisy. Also, the towels scratch a lot. Very comfortable bed, and beautiful hotel, though!

Lovely hotel. Located very near the town center. Great service. Cozy and romantic. The room was comfortable and clean, maybe a little on the small side but worth it. Highly recommended.
