Nice place. Rooms good condition. Friendly staff. Good restaurant and bar on site.

Hotel location is great for the El Marques industrial area. Room is ok and very quiet, restaurant was acceptable, bar was a little underwhelming. The gym was good and the pool looked nice for lap swimming. There is a Starbucks visible from the front entrance but it's not accessible without a car. There aren't any English language channels on the TV. Price is good. Overall impression was ok but not my favorite.

Nice hotel but very loud noise each time the air conditioner kicks on our off waking you up very fast, about every 45 min or less. Cannot open windows so not many choices. Breakfast is amazing options, more good food available in the buffet than any normal hotel. Clean great service and employees fantastic but the air conditioner noise, at very least in room 604 is impossible to asleep thru. I was full but tired all day.

Went to an event. The hotel is great the people there are also really good they treat you really nice. But on the event the chairs are really uncomfortable and the air has 2 settings on and off and on is like North Pole climate. So please fix that because besides that they the hotel is pretty good

Excellent staff attention, buffet breakfasts were awesome both days, rooms have enough space and installations were in perfect conditions, could improve pool size and gym.
