  Reserved a family room with balcony and was given a single room on street level with horrible traffic noise, broken door, and toilet that didn't function properly. Management stated no rooms available but there are only 4 cars here and no lights on in any room??? Don't let their pretty pictures fool you.

  The hotel is nice, although no AC can make some nights uncomfortable. The jr rooms are very small. The facilities are very pretty.
