This a Motel not a hotel. First of all, it is very hidden and there are lots of stairs to go up with heavy luggage it is hard. There is no one to help you get your luggage up all those stairs. The room was dirty, the sheets looked like the had not been washed and the bathroom was disgusting. I let them know, and no one ever came to clean the room. Very unprofessional and rude staff. There is much better hotels in San Miguel, do NOT ever stay here!

The hotel is super small but has made an effort for chic and modern design. Unfortunately the rooms are not very well ventilated and can be a little damp. The staff however were super accommodating (the reason for my 4 rating) and gave us an upstairs room which had more light and huge bathrooms. All in all if u want to stay in the heart of SMA this is a good choice. An amazing Cantina is right next door and all the choice good spots are super close by.

la habitación está muy bonita, cómoda y hamplia, llena las espectivas del huésped, la atención del personal que ahí trabajar es muy buena, lo único malo que tiene el hotel es que no tiene estacionamiento en sus instalaciones, lo tiene a unas 9 o 10 cuadras y tienes que pagar por dejar tu carro es como si ellos te recomendaran en que estacionamiento dejar tu vehículo.

Requiere aire acondicionado, y cancel o cortina en la regadera ya que el agua se sale y se hace un charco en el baño, personal muy atento y dispuesto, muy buena ubicación

Muy agradable el Hotel y excelente atención, lo único malo es que no tiene estacionamiento junto al hotel hay que caminar como 3 cuadras para llegar a él, y la entrada al hotel está frente a una avenida principal, lo cual incómoda la bajada y subida tanto de personas como de equipaje. La terraza para desayunar esta muy bonita y el paisaje también, solo que si hace calor solo hay una mesa con techo para cubriese, y si ya esta ocupado ese lugar te mueres de calor en los demás lugares.

No cuentan con pago con tarjeta. Anotan las reservaciones en un papelito que guardan en su bolsillo y no tienen fondo para devolver cambio. El hotel es muy bonito pero detalles como ese desacreditan el lugar.
