2 stars is for their cafeteria not for the over all experience of the hotel. We have been here for 2 days and both days the staff at the cafeteria act like the customers are an inconvenience. Or maybe it’s because we’re white customers? I don’t know All I know is I’ve watched other customers all Hispanic get service before we did. Today I decided to have our breakfast delivered to the room and we have been waiting over an hour and a half for only 3 orders of French toast! I’m trying really hard not to take this personal, but honestly I’m not sure how not to? Very unhappy.

Rooms are nothing like pictures. Grimey! The young lady (short, skinny, black hair dark skin) at the front desk acted like we bothered her. It blows my mind how this hotel is listed as a best seller. I think the owner must get all his friends to give him/her good reviews or something.

It is what you pay for cheap. It's alright you get free breakfast friendly staff. I'm giving a 2 star because I made my reservation on expedia confirmation and all but when I arrived at the hotel the young lady tells me that my reservation isn't paid for. I told her yes I paid through expedia she says is your reservation but it isn't paid so I said ok maybe payment didn't process. But when I checked my bank account I see expedia charged me and the hotel charged me that was 2 weeks ago and till this day am still waiting to get my refund. Advice to the hotel if you don't know how to process online reservation than don't accept them is that simple.

Place is good for what you pay. I got a room double bed for $640 pesos. First the wifi was not stable but there. The hotel is hidden which is good for those hiding and bad for those who get lost easily. There is no fridge nor microwave. The beds are good the restroom is an okay size,but I did find that they don't clean the mold growing from the shower door. So it's a. 50/5o situation.. I've gotten better rooms for less.

The location is a little hidden, but at the same time verify closed to main Boulevard. Looks outdated from the outside but inside the rooms are OK for what your paying. Food is good. Very friendly service willing to help.
