Very nice, clean, upscale hotel with a good restaurant. They are only attentive to those who appear to be business people. We felt like we were mistreated and ignored. Big mistake!

Great place for a great price! Relatively close to the airport. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They give you access to a gym a block away. Good spot for an overnight stay

Rooms are decent. Room service staff was a bit rude. One of the bath towels was bit stained with black hair colour. The staff argued about same, as to how can it be cleant!! The hotel is located very well close to plazas and malls. ( Liverpool, Walmart, chedraui, etc). All major banks are walkable distance. Have many choices of restaurants and bars all at walkable distance.The room we rented did not have heating system.

Although it's located in Iztapalapa, the surrounding area is very tranquil. I chose this hotel because I had an early flight. Check in was effortless, I only needed to give my last name. The room was clean, spacious, and modernly decorated. I had to call the front desk to get the wifi. The wifi signal was strong. The water pressure in the bathroom was great! The hot water was hot, the cold water was cold. Since I had an early flight, I had the front desk arrange a transport for me, which they did. The transport was a private car and we arranged the fare before I entered the vehicle. The only thing I could suggest is taking out the photocell in the entrance. There is an iron and an ironing board in the room I was in. However the iron was not very mobile as it was permanently plugged into the wall. The photocell, which switches on the light by

Great place for a great price that includes a delicious breakfast. The room we stayed was really comfortable and didn't smell like old lingering smoke or anything and was located about twenty minutes from the airport. Service was phenomenal with excellent and professional people.
