Really nice hotel, put up here for an evening courtesy of an Aeromexico flight that was overbooked. Room and service was great and in terms of the service, we were served by Manuel for most of the day who went above and beyond the entire time, and really made our stay particularly good.

They prices are little to high for what they offer ,unlike other hotels of the same franchise they doesn't offer courtesy breakfast ,they employees are very nice and efficient BUT they CRAVE for tips for ANYTHING ,this turn's normal day to day situations into very awkward moments that i don't want to live again,if you don't give their TIP they get mad and VISIBLE angry and disgusted, I don't understand. Doesn't the hotel pays you for your job? And that's why I'm paying the hotel (and so high) from the start? I'm not coming back.

We had a twin bed room in the fifth floor, and it was very nice and new, with lots of space. One of the best rooms we have had in our stay in Mexico. You can hear the aircraft coming over top but it isn't that bad. The internal noise was probably worse as there was a conference on. The only main downside is the food from the restaurant. It was the worst Mexican food we had on our entire trip. Had to leave it after one bite. The restaurant service was pretty poor as well. Overall excellent room, but don't eat the bad Mexican food.

Great midrange hotel to stay. Everything was very clean, new and functioning well. Rooms were quiet with just a little noise coming through from neighbouring rooms. Beds were very comfy with soft sheets.
Staff were friendly and attentive and they even have a Starbucks in the foyer!!!

Very nice place, the service was very good and people are also nice, the menu had a wide variety of food and the chef is the best. The only thing we can complain is that the line is huge.

Super comfy beds and room facilities but gym could be better and restaurant service personnel could be a little more friendly. Last year I had a great view over the city but this year,at the back it's not so great. Book a top floor with a view.

The crew was really nice and welcoming. The receptionist walked us through everything and even booked us a ride to the airport the next day at 4 am.

We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was a buffet. The food was really tasty and gourmetish with salads, steak and desserts. The waiter and manager were really cool and even turned on a TV just for us. There was a pianist playing live.

In general, the experience was really warm and nice.
