  Breakfast is simply abysmal, but the rooms are clean the fact that the hotel is on top of a commercial plaza with a cinema has made my stay here so far very unpleasant the main con is the location in the city center, not that there is much to do here in Xalapa

  even when the were no rooms available and I couldnt overnight there, the workers helped me to find another place. Also it was the most clear parking indication I saw while I was driving looking for a hotel. In fact that was why I have choosen this hotel.

  Strategically located, holiday inn Xalapa became the highest rated hotel downtown, but it's rates are too high and the rooms too generic to offer something worth the price against the budget-oriented options in that area. Despite it's flaws, the hotel is a good option for business travelers that want a full comfort experience, with restaurants and entertainment options all around and in a perfect location in the heart of the city

  Location wise this Hotel is very central and close to cafes, restaurants and shops. This hotel is located on top of a plaza (shopping mall) and when you arrive there is no one telling you the whereabouts of the hotel. I had to ask one of the waiters from a nearby restaurant how to get to reception. Adding to this, the way to enter the plaza is via set of stairs and only once you enter you can make your way up to the hotel via elevator and/or escalators. So if you have heavy luggage good luck anyone helping you. Did not get asked for assistance at check in or check out, I have had better customer service at motels. Apart from that, the room was clean and the area was also very safe.

  I went for job and its a good hotel but the parking its to expencive, the servicio was good and I dont get in to the room.

  Clean, big room. Good view of the city's cathedral (floor 5th). Tasty buffet breakfast. Great attention provided by hotel's employees.
