Do not eat in the restaurant after the security check. The only thing you can do is by a bottled Coca Cola. The burrito was horrible and very expensive. If you are hungry eat at the restaurant in the main entrance hall. Nothing to complain about the airport not is small but everything worked fine.

No uber, larga fila para comprar boleto taxi, solamente una ventanilla de boletos/ no uber, there is a long line to get a taxi, there is only one person/window open, extremely slow service

Beautiful small airport only problem there is no way to leave other than taking a taxy or renting a car, taxy service is expensive and slow plus they vandalize Uber drivers if you try to get one, now they won't even show. renting a car not always an option for a single trip, no bus lines or anything so yeah pretty good business (monopoly) they got there.

The taxi there will cost you more then the flight itself and uber is not available. Also, there is no public transportation from the airport to the city.

The taxi seguro company has officially achieved a total monopoly on transportation from the airport. Uber is forbidden and no other taxi companies are allowed to pick people up either. They charge a ridiculous amount of money and do not have enough taxis to service the whole airport. There were at least 20-30 people sitting and waiting for a taxi to show up that they were paying an arm and a leg for. I will be filing a complaint with Profeco.

People are friendly and what not but if it's cold out don't expect the inside to have heat because they don't so bring a big jacket.

I flew into this Airport twice it is a beautiful place and it is pretty much organized. The staff were very polite and kind to me . It is much better and smaller than Lax Airport Much relaxing than most of the other Airports that I have ever been. ..

i think is a beautiful airport the only problem here is the custom if coming from out of the country they charge me $ 160 dollars to release my bags with use clothes for my family i never has this issue in mexico city airport does any one know a customer service to call the customs in this area ? please share it i need to know why they charge me i didn't have new clothes

A very small airport, I was a bit confused about where to go before going through security, but the people working there were helpful (the place where they stamp your passport was in a random booth). If you can't speak Spanish, body language goes a long way. Also the people at the counter speak English. I was alone there for the first time and I went where I needed without problems.
