Awesome experience! Easy to find at the airport, got going right away. Luis was my driver, ask for him if he's available. Excellent English skills and very knowledgeable about the area. I'll be asking for him again!

Amazing!! I could not have asked for a better experience. The drivers were friendly and professional. They were always on time and happy to assist! We had some last minute travel changes due to flight cancellations, and they were extremely responsive via email and accommodated every request. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any travel in the Cancun/Tulum area. Don't forget to tip the drivers they deserve it, as most of them drive 10+ hours a day, and with a smile!

Cannot recommend happy shuttle enough. They were so professional, kind, helpful and trustworthy. Picked us up from our hotel at 3:30 in the morning! We felt safe and they took extra precautions for Covid (wore a mask, sanitized our bags, etc). Will only use this company moving forward with future Cancun trips!

We used this service for transfer between the Cancun International Airport and Catalonia Royal Tulum resort. The greeter was easy to find following their directions at the airport and very professional and prompt in finding our reservation and getting us to our transfer vehicle. The driver was friendly and professional to our resort and had our cold beverages that we had ordered ready and waiting for us. On our return transfer the driver was actually early and super friendly and patient while we finished up our last minute shopping in the resort gift shop. He also acted as an impromptu tour guide on the trip back to airport, providing fun facts and history on the areas we were driving through. Always felt safe with the quality of driving and the vehicles were clean and in excellent shape. We will definitely use this service again on our next visit to the area.
