Amazing place to visit! Much better than San Miguel Regal because all the structures are original. Continuously I felt like in a Piranesi etch, amazing!

It is a nice place, the nature here is everywhere, you can walk by the tunnels,see the waterfall, the landscapes. a really good place if you like walking

I wasn't a guest at the hotel i just went to get known the "Hacienda", i loved it, the view is amazing, i hope someday i'd be able to stay at least a night :)

Near the basalt prisms, this mining processing plant was apparently the richest in New Spain during the 18th century. The impressive architecture of the majestic furnaces and cleaning tubs contrasts with the systematic exploitation of de-facto slaves, including dungeons where workers who dared to steal the gold were whipped to death. It's a monument to greed and suffering. Very impressive in my opinion. I recommend getting a tour to really understand what was going on between those walls

Pros:
--Beautiful Hacienda!
--Condition of the room is better than I expected.
--Breakfast: Freshly-squeezed orange juice was tasty.

Cons:
--Due to slope movement, they closed the mountain trail to visit waterfall of basaltic rock.
--Room service: They were really short of hands. My room lacked of towels and the room of my friend even lacked of bed sheet. (We checked in after 7pm.)
--Hot water for bathing is unstable.
--Breakfast is just ok.(Room price $2200mxn isn't included breakfast.) The mushroom soup was overcooked and there was strong burnt taste.
--Restaurant Service: WellThey were short of hands and the waiters were so busy. Therefore you can imaged the service wasn't good.
