Nice place. Rooms are big and clean. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning and a fan.
The apartment includes a small fridge, a microwave, plates, cutlery, and a sink to wash up.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
It could be a little noisy in the morning when the staff is starting the day, but that is understandable.
The internet was ok.

New (seems like it's still being built/renovated) self contained units. They are clean and have everything you need. We were comfortable in the room and the bed was good. There were towels provided and a small hot water until you have to turn on to get hot water (not super hot), more like warm water. Staff is friendly but a little bit of Spanish will come in handy. There are really nice communal toilets for the rooms without a private bathroom and a cute little kitchen with a tiny stove and a few pots and pans if you feel the need to cook for yourself. There is also some water in this area so you can fill up your water bottles before heading out.

Great location just five minute walk from center. Clean building and room. AC and fan in suite is nice to have. Front desk was helpful in getting directions or recommendations.

Really neat rooms. The folks here can't speak a spec of English, yet they are super helpful and nice. Really good budget place to stay.

It did the job. Good price for private room with shared bathroom. It is set up like a student dorm room. Clean and comfortable on a budget.

The walls are a bit thin.

Good spot with a good location. Very clean. More privacy that a dorm at a similar price. Tiny kitchen difficult for two people to be in at once.

Nice, cheap place for just $300 (mxn). Rooms are nice and clean. The only problem was that the light during the night was too bright. And no hot water. But for the price I still have to give 5*.

I booked from 27 febreuary to 3 March, a good experience because the rooms are new and clean, hot water (just two channels), Internet, ac, clean sheets, freezer, microwave. The place is sure and not noisy. It's about 5 minutes by foot from the downtown. If you want a good place just for sleep and rest, this is a good choice.

The location is good. Its pretty new. Nicely designed. The reason i gave it 3 stars is that walls have no top part, so all rooms are connected and kitchen, and halls, etc. there is no ac, just noisy fans. So if you are looking for a quiet night avoid this place. Room also are like a bed size, but thats usually ok for hostels. Also hall light is coming to the room all the time because there 16" of the top part of the wall missing

Clean but no air condition and window. Only fan. It is hot.It is away from the center of the downtown. 15min walk from ADO terminal under the hot weather.
