  Galerias Pachuca is really nice. Tons of mid-range restaurants, a VIP and normal cinema (Cinepolis), They have all the premium shops and outlets, so if you're looking for something specific (I'm talking H&M, MAC, Starbucks) then this is the place to go. It's the best Pachuca has for shopping, and consequently the place is always packed. The parking structures are still under construction, so parking is basically terrible, particularly on the Quincena (15th and 30th, when everybody gets paid), nights, and weekends.
